SportBoxDigital®
A sports operating system in a single digital contour together with a mobile app, a marketplace, and a web platform — the four digital products united in the Sports Factory Group ecosystem, complete with every tool needed for monetization.
One base platform — any sport
SportBoxDigital® (SBD) is a key component of the sports ecosystem. The base platform is customized to the specifics of a particular sport and federation: regulations, entities, protocols, and statistics are tuned to the domain, while the core remains unified.
Competitions, people, matches, and analytics — in a single digital loop
Competition management
Automatic calendars, standings, registrations, transfers, club and academy licensing.
Databases
Players, coaches, clubs, fans, agents, matches, tournaments, and sports infrastructure — in a single digital data bank.
Electronic protocol
Goals, cards, substitutions, and other match events are recorded in real time and instantly update every table and statistic.
Four products — one ecosystem
Sports Factory Group builds the full stack of digital tools for the sports industry: from the operational core to fan apps, e-commerce and digital presence.

All four products are united into a coherent ecosystem with shared data, single sign-on and a complete toolset for turning audience into revenue streams.
All of sport — in a smartphone
A white-label app for federations, leagues and clubs: the showcase of the unified SportBox ecosystem with AI content, streaming and gamification.
A next-generation marketplace
A full e-commerce ecosystem on headless API-first architecture: absolute design freedom, modularity and flawless scalability.
A digital presence for the entire sports community
A web platform for federations, leagues and regional associations: from the national portal to a network of local sites on a shared technology base.
One core — different sports
SportBoxDigital® adapts to the regulations and processes of a specific federation. Below are the platform's current configurations.
SportBoxDigital®
A universal core for the sports industry: registration of subjects and objects, competition regulations, protocols, roles, integrations, and analytics. The foundation for any federation.
UAF FMS
Football Management System — the customization for the Ukrainian Association of Football: championships and cups, the player passport, FIFA Connect, solidarity payments, suspensions, live match protocols.
SportBoxDigital® for the FBU
A customization for the Basketball Federation of Ukraine: the platform is tuned to the specifics of basketball — its own regulations, statistics, protocols, and tournament logic.
Further on this page, functionality is shown through the example of the UAF FMS football configuration — based on the full video demonstration of the system (38 min 19 s) in a test environment.
SBD for the Basketball Federation of Ukraine
The same SportBoxDigital® core — different sports logic: basketball leagues and categories, team rosters, player profiles, duplicate control, and payments. Real shots from the FBU production environment.
Payments are generated automatically
The platform itself creates any required payments under the competition rules — the club simply selects the items and pays online. Every payment is linked to a registration, a player, or a decision.
System modules
The information architecture mirrors the main menu of the football configuration. Switch between sections — each one shows its essence, key capabilities, and a real interface shot.
Tournaments: the electronic regulations
Creating a tournament means filling in its electronic regulations. The system remembers the competition rules and enforces them automatically from then on.
Calendar & matches
Once participants are registered, the calendar is generated automatically — rounds and matchdays are ready at once. Every match then lives in the system as a protocol.
Players: a complete digital profile
Every player has an internal ID and a FIFA ID, and their profile collects everything: from biometrics and contracts to automatic statistics from match protocols.
Clubs & teams
A club is a complete structure: teams of all levels, players, coaches, medical staff and employees, documents, and tournament participation history.
Officials: referees, coaches, agents, medical staff
Everyone involved in the game has a profile, licences, and contracts. The system itself checks licence validity before registration for a competition.
Stadiums: a passport for every arena
All stadiums in the country are maintained in the system with the broadest possible profile — from the pitch to the engineering networks.
Administration: roles, directories, event log
The foundation of the system: directories for everything, roles with granular privileges, and a full audit trail in the event log.
How it works
The journey of a tournament from creation to automatic standings — five steps.
Create the tournament
Electronic regulations: type, season, league, participants, points, suspensions, periods, promotion/relegation.
Register the participants
Teams with stadiums and fines, then player registrations with contracts and registration sheets in PDF.
Get the calendar
The system builds rounds and matchdays by the chosen scheme. Appoint referees — they will be notified in the app.
Run the match
Line-up building, real-time live events, technical protocol. The official protocol — as a single PDF.
Count nothing
Standings, scorers, suspensions, and statistics update automatically — in the FMS, on the website, in the app, in the API.
